You’ll collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements, perform hands-on testing, and report any issues. This position focuses on manual and automatic testing, usability evaluation, and functional validation.

Software QA Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases to verify software functionality, usability, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers to understand product requirements and user expectations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Identify and document issues or bugs, working closely with development teams to track and resolve them.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test results.
- Participate in design reviews to provide input from a QA perspective.
- Contribute to process improvements by suggesting enhancements to testing procedures and workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and QA best practices.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with QA tools, such as JIRA or Gitlab, for test management and bug tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a methodical approach to testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets for organizing test data.
