The Product Onboarding Coordinator is an extension of the Director of Platform Onboarding and works in collaboration with Product Onboarding Specialists. This role is designed to ensure our customer/client onboarding process is friction free and above expectation. Attention to detail is a must for this position as accurate data, proper documentation, and successful platform integration is the foundation of success for our customers/clients and the managing Storagely team members, following the onboarding process. This is a dynamic position that will expand as we grow. Flexibility and the ability to run with/own tasks are must.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Onboarding
- Collecting all necessary client information for onboarding (ContentSnare)
- Organizing/managing correlating tasks for collaborating teams (ClickUp)
- Connecting all platform integrations with customer/client accounts

- Collaborating with MAM’s and Customer Success departments to ensure all clients/customers have an above average onboarding process.
- Client Communication
- Serve as an extension of the Director of Client Onboarding, and representative of Storagely for any needed communication with potential, new, or existing customers/clients.
- Data Management
- Populating location page information for current customers/clients
- File management for client branding assets
