Product Onboarding Coordinator

The Product Onboarding Coordinator is an extension of the Director of Platform Onboarding and works in collaboration with Product Onboarding Specialists. This role is designed to ensure our customer/client onboarding process is friction free and above expectation. Attention to detail is a must for this position as accurate data, proper documentation, and successful platform integration is the foundation of success for our customers/clients and the managing Storagely team members, following the onboarding process. This is a dynamic position that will expand as we grow. Flexibility and the ability to run with/own tasks are must.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: 

  • Onboarding
    • Collecting all necessary client information for onboarding (ContentSnare)
    • Organizing/managing correlating tasks for collaborating teams (ClickUp)
    • Connecting all platform integrations with customer/client accounts
      • This includes but is not limited to…
        • Google Products
        • WhatConverts
        • Userback
        • Chat
        • Tenant Connect
        • Calcumate
        • Etc.
    • Collaborating with MAM’s and Customer Success departments to ensure all clients/customers have an above average onboarding process.
  • Client Communication
    • Serve as an extension of the Director of Client Onboarding, and representative of Storagely for any needed communication with potential, new, or existing customers/clients.
  • Data Management
    • Populating location page information for current customers/clients
    • File management for client branding assets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the SaaS and/or self-storage industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Hubspot and Mail Chimp is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment. 
  • Must be capable of communicating and collaborating with a diverse range of individuals
  • Excellent computer skills including email, Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Calendar, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external clients), demonstrate professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information
