The Data Analyst will contribute to the Storagely+ team by leveraging data-driven insights that will support the implementation of effective marketing strategies for our clients. This role involves thorough analysis of customer data and the performance of client locations to assist in identifying optimal marketing deliverables for each quarter.

Data Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis that supports the evaluation of customer behavior and location performance.
- Present data-driven reports, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment. These may include but are not limited to:
- Monthly insight reports
- Quarterly analysis
- Location analysis (onboarding)
- YIR location analysis (renewal)
- By-request location analysis
- Through frequent data-driven reports and location analysis, share actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay in tune with industry trends and use insights to recommend optimizations to Storagely+ marketing offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy and data analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into relevant marketing insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
