The first step in our stress free migration process is reviewing our plans and choosing based on which options best suit your facility needs. The website is the foundation of our platform, so from there, you will want to decide if our integrated website and rental system is a good place to start, or if you are ready to also maximize your rentals and efficiency with the power of our innovative marketing tools and intuitive reporting engine.

For larger facilities who are interested in something more tailored to your unique needs, we also offer customized packages that include full access to the Storagely platform along with white glove service and upgraded features.

Phase Two

Questionnaire & Onboarding

Next, we’ll gather all the info we need to customize your new website and tools to best suit your branding and facility needs. During onboarding, we will also discuss things like integration needs, strategy, and project timeline. You can rest easy knowing the Storagely team will be with you every step of the way.

Now for the fun part! We then begin building your site and rental system, ensuring your branding, preferences, policies, and integrations are all seamlessly working together to supercharge your rentals.

Phase Three

Review & Launch

We will walk you through an in-depth review and testing process, to make sure all integrations are operating efficiently and everyone is confident as we gear up for launch. Once all systems are a go, your new website, rental system, reporting engine, and marketing tools are all integrated and ready for launch. But we don’t just press the big red button and leave you hanging. After launch, our team provides in-depth training so you can maximize every available feature in the Storagely platform with ease. Post launch and training, our customer service team is always ready to help answer any questions you may have.
