The Marketing Account Coordinator role is responsible for helping to meet or exceed client goals by working on marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Marketing Account Manager to aid in the management and completion of all of the deliverables involved with meeting the client’s goals within their budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Performance: Support the Marketing Account Manager and team in meeting or exceeding client goals and moving projects forward to reach business objectives.
- Project Management: Provide support to the Marketing Account Manager role through supplemental project management as directed. Act as an extension of the client’s team and strive to know their business as well as they do. Responsible for ensuring campaign deliverables are entered into the Client Dashboard and project management system and internal documents are up to date.
- Project Deliverables: Assist the Marketing Account Manager in ensuring deliverables achieve stated objectives in the set allotted time frame while maintaining quality and error-free work. Responsible for creating various deliverables which include but are not limited to landing pages and blog posts.
- Reporting & Analysis: Participate in collecting monthly data and providing observations with support from the Marketing Account Manager.
- Education: Take the initiative to learn inbound marketing tactics and best practices for topics including blogging, social media marketing, search engine optimization, eBook/white paper/video content creation, website updates, email marketing, and others. Work to complete HubSpot Academy certifications and stay informed about inbound marketing industry developments.
